Hi.

I assign user to enterprise role and add access task is created.
But, the task is in "No Action Required" Status when execute provisioning job.
In task detail, I see below message.

Add Access Task for the same access in the same account with greater startdate is present - refer “630548”, so no action is required for this task

Refer task id is the same task id.
What is the cause of this? I want to add access actually.

@rushikeshvartak
Thanks, but do you know why StartDate is passed?
Last night, I added user to enterprise role and add access task was created.
And I run provisioning job today' morning.
I expect this task to be executed.
How to fix this?

Best Regards,

When you requesting don' t add select start date.

If start date is selected schedule "Create Tasks for Future Ent Role Requests (EnterpriseRoleManagementJob)" Job every 5 minutes

@rushikeshvartak
Sure, but I did not request access.
I simply added user to role from role page. Do you know why start date was set?

Then start date gets set as when role as added
