Hi,
We implemented the escalation in our Workflow.
It is workings fine.
We would like to inform the approver in the case of escalation that the request has been forwarded
Is that possible ?

Once request is approved you can't inform/send email to existing approver

Thansk for your reply.
I just want to add more detail.
The request is not approved yet but escaladed to another person after a period of time.
We would like to inform the first approver that the request is sent to another person .
Is it the same ? no possibility to inform the first approver that the request has been forwarded

If previous approver is manager then its possible
