Saviynt SPN Support in Entra ID: Need Clarification

Hi

Does Saviynt's SPN functionality supports the following tasks

create, update, and directly import/export SPNs into/from Entra ID?

If anyone has links to documentation or resources covering these features , that would be a huge help.
