Saviynt creating single ticket for multiple add/remove access task forsame user

Dear all,

We have a service desk connection configured using Jira. We do have Security system, Endpoint and multiple entitlements (manually imported from csv).

When the remove access task are created for user .. having ent1 and ent 2 ... Saviynt only creates one ticket in Jira ... even if both the remove task are created from two separate user update rules..

We want saviynt to create seperate tickets so that each ticket can be assigned in backend manually to different users.. And we wanted the subject of ticket to be equal to ent name.. which will not be possible due to single ticket.

Hi @gauravchandok ,

Currently if the user has 2 access tasks then only one ticket will be created in snow.

Only way as a workaround is to trigger the Ws retry job with limit 1 as it will only pick one record at a time and process it so that it creates separate ticket in snow or you can enable instant prov which should do the same.

Thanks

Darshan

Thanks Darshan, we will test that and update here.
