SAV Role permissions to view request history of all users

Hi Team,

Requirement- Create custom SAV role which grants permissions to view request history of all users.

I have created a custom sav role and tried adding below config(as shown in the screenshots) under request history but it is only showing the request associated with a particular user and not showing all user requests.

Does user having more than one sav role with different request history option? 

If yes that will be issue. 

If no try changing request for self ( direct reportee)

Yes, We hve a role basic which is assigned to all users on top of that we want to give access to a partical team to view all request history by creating a another custom sav role role. Is it not possible? User should have only one save role?

User can have more than one sav role. But configuration should not conflict. 

For example : End user just can see history submitted by them & support team all ( this will conflict) 

Atleast end user should have some subset not all

It is working fine with conflicting config as well. Only thing need to keep in mind that it takes some time to reflect the changes.
