SAP import job failed due to heuristic completion error

Hi Team,

We have observed that the ECC systems are failing due to heuristic completion.

error-  Failed to connect to the SAP Instance or
Extract Data-Heuristic completion: outcome state
is mixed; nested exception is
org.springframework.transaction.TransactionSystemE
xception: Could not commit Hibernate transaction;
nested exception is
org.hibernate.TransactionException: JDBC commit
failed

Please assist to resolve this issue.

This looks more of a generic error. Can you check for the logs once to see if there is any other error during the job run.

Can we able to extend the time for connections?

This might require help from support team to check if the issue is because the job is taking long time to execute. And if there is something that can be done to reduce the job run time (probably looking at the batch size config) or if the db timeout really needs to be increased. I would suggest you to open a ticket with Saviynt support.
