roles are not getting remove from role owner certifications

Hi Team,

we have configured role owner certifications.

whenever we are trying to reject the users from the roles, some roles are not getting removed and for few users we can see the remove access task is getting generated.

Can you please help here to understand why this is happening.

Is system creating task for all the entitlement which is part of the role and are those task completed?

Yes, System is creating the task and we have not tried completing those task.

Can you try completing the task and check if the role is removed from the profile?

Yes all the configurations are in place. Since few users are getting removed and others not.
