Revert/Undo DIM Merge

Hello,

We use DIM (formerly IMM) functionality in our environment to find potential duplicates and merge/reject them. In case a potential duplicate is merged accidentally, is there a possible/preferred way to undo the action, i.e. revert back the merge action? If it is not possible, is there a preferred way at least to update the duplicatedetectionstatus from '1' to '2'?

(It seems that import from CSV does not update the duplicatedetectionstatus value and we would like avoid using 'custom query' as it is not going to be an option from v23.7)

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

Gergo Nagy

Hello @gergonagy,

Currently, this is not possible, I would request to log an enhancement in the idea portal.

Thanks.
