Hi,
Requesting Access for Multiple Users is not working as expected. We tried to provision an application for 2 users. Post request was submitted, got a message stating "Your request has been submitted , Request Details will be sent to nsapna@abc.com"
But mail was not triggered with the request placed for multiple users. Details of the request is not present under Request History.
Thanks
Sapna

Hi @nsapna
Is the email configurations set correctly?
Anything in logs when the request is placed?
Please share the logs.
Thanks,
Adarsh Kulkarni
