Reconc Field for Salesforce Connector

Hi Team,

Anyone help me with Reconciliation Field name for Salesforce connector?

Usercase : Saviynt can only Disable Account in Salesforce, so we wanted to update salesforce attribute to get account suspended from import service in Saviynt.

You can define same in STATUS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG

Account status sync issue

The status of an account in EIC and the target application do not match after the account is imported.

Cause:This error may occur when incorrect status mapping values are specified for statusColumn or activeStatus attribute in the STATUS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG parameter.

Resolution: Check the correct status of the custom property and map it to the statusColumn attribute. Also, check if the activeStatus attribute has valid values for active users. Valid values include active, true, false, T, F, Y, and N.

Cause:This error may occur when incorrect status mapping values are specified or an invalid count is defined for the accountThresholdValue attribute in the STATUS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG parameter.

Resolution: Add a valid count for accountThresholdValue. The count must not exceed the total number of accounts and possible inactive accounts.
