We are sending invitaion to external user but mail.com domain users are not redirect on saviynt page. And his account is not created on saviynt. But for other domain like Yahoo.com, gmail.com etc is working fine.
Can you provide more details as to what happens when users with mail.com email address clicks on the registration link? Can you also check the network logs from developer tool to see if there is any error?
Have you tried accessing the URL in incognito mode? The URL that gets generated for external users does have any relation to the email address used. It just passes a token in the link.
