"BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION" or "Comments" in the User create/update form

Hello,

Is it possible to require "BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION" or "Comments" in the user create/update form?
(Home > User Management > Create/Update User Request )
I looked for Global Configuration and documentation, but I couldn't find such a setting.

The approver wants to see the reason for the request.

There is no OOTB attribute you can use.
Workaround: You can create one more dynamic attribute and use it as comments.

Does that mean I have to store the comment in one of the user attributes? That's not ideal.
If there are other ways to do this, could you give me more details?

You can store in comments column of user or even if you dont store that should not be issue

Use one of the CP values and update it in the user table, and later remove it via Sav4sav or CSV.
