Question on - Global configurations - > Archival days

Hi ,

when Archival days = 30 , How system will understand , Do we have any job for that ?

as I dont see any job with  "Archive XXXX" in  > 2022 on words

any idea , How archival works for Tasks and Requests ?

Also, there is a default trigger present with the name DefaultArchivalJobTrigger which can be scheduled as per need.

Thanks for the response,(we are in 23.1) I am not able to search any archival job  please find below , what the version above screen.

seems the name of the job has changed.

Check under Category 

Utility > Archive Job

yeah the link has all job details in but not seen a step to configure archival job to show up,  am i missing some thing ?

The above screenshot will only show the job type if a job is already created of that type. It is used for filtering the existing jobs.

Please try to create a new job using the below navigation.

Inside the Job control panel--Click on "Add new Job" and then search the archival job in the "Job Type".
