Query on Rule Precedence for User Terminations Conditions

Hi,

We are observing a scenario while atempting to terminate a user under the following conditions:
User Update TEST Rule 1 : CP1 = L, CP2 = N, and CP3 = ABC_XYZ/XYZ Terminations
User Update TEST Rule 2 : CP1 = L, CP2 = N
Both rules are being triggered during user termination, and the disable account task is being generated. The Disable account and disable date on user profile is also being set as per rule 1. Could someone please confirm which rule takes precedence over the other in this scenario?

Thanks,
Shanthi Katkam

Hi @Shanthi_Katkam, are both the task performing the same action?

Random precedence will be taken as Rule 2 is subset of Rule 1

Hi Rushikesh,

Thanks for the response.

Since we have the actions "Disable user accounts", "Create update user task", and "Deprovision access" etc., in Rule_1, and the action "Disable user accounts" in Rule_2, will the other action tasks in Rule_1 be generated if the condition meets Rule_1, apart from "Disable user accounts?

Attached screenshots of actions of respective rule 1 and 2.

There is no need for Rule 2 as Rule 1 is covering Disable User Account action

Hi @Shanthi_Katkam , each and every rule will get trigger if it fulfills the criteria.
