Hello,

In Saviynt version 23.5, we were able to select attributes required as a condition in a user update rule.

In version 24.1, not all attributes (for example the attribute "Department Name") seem to be selectable anymore. Is there a way to get the attributes back into the selection?

Hello Raghu,

unfortunately, clearing the browser cache did not help in this environment. The selection of attributes is still incomplete. Note: the environment version 24.1 is not the same we used in version 23.5.

Hello Rushikesh,

Many thanks for the tip. I can confirm the suspected cause with changed labels. Yesterday I had updated the user update rule by importing from Excel and afterwards both the changed user label and the correct attribute name were displayed in the rule. Many thanks for your support.
