PIIERASURESTATUS cannot be registered

Hello.

I want to delete the information of retired users from Saviynt.
And I learned that PII Erase can be set in v23.

Then, in the CSV file, the user information was updated so that PIIERASURESTATUS was 3, Enddate was more than 180 days ago, and the status was Inactive.

However, when I looked at the review of the report after changing the user information, I realized that the updated user was not applicable.
So when I looked at the PIIERASURESTATUS of the user in Data Analyzer, it was blank.

Is it not possible to input and change the PIIERASURESTATUS in a CSV file?

Hi @JohnDoe 

It looks like a bug, even from Api the value is not being set for the users in users table,

can you please raise a support ticket for this and our team will take it further.
