Hi,

As per API documentation {{url}}/ECM/{{path}}/fetchRequestApprovalDetails api returns the approval task details but in 5.5SP3.20 version we are not getting any task information like below. Is this expected behavior as in 5.5SP3.13 version we were able to get this information.

I dont see anything in release notes for the same.

Can you please post what is the difference you see?

What is sav role assigned to api user ?
