Outlier Analysis Threshold

Hi.

I configure Peer Access Analytics Rule as Confidence 5%.

But in user manager campaign, the Outlier Analysis threshold is 80%.
Is this expected behavior?
Can I change threshold of Outlier Analysis?

This is expected.

• Confidence % is used to show on ARS 
• In Certification it show in reality how much % of users got access.

OK, but I want to change the threshold.
Now, I see 80% and above => thumbs-up

And, 20% and less => thumbs-down

I want to change the threshold as following for example.
70% and avobe => thumbs-up and 30% and less => thumbs-down

How to do this?
