Hello,
We activated the options "hide on create" and "hide on update" on a Dynamic Attribute.
But with this configuration; we can't access to the value of this da in the Configuration for requestable Entitlement in ARS.
This da is used to check if a user has a specific entitlement. It is a Single SQL query
Depending on the result of that query , we need to restrict the list of availables entitlements
We don't want to show the value of the query's result in the form to the end user.
Is there a way to make his value not visible ?
Regards
Antoine

Hi @Antoine ,
I think there is no configuration to use/read hidden dynamic attribute from ARS.
We have the hidden dynamic attribute option in Global Config to be used for create/update user request, but not for application request.
You always need to make it visible to use it from ARS. (non editable and rename the label as 'Account details')
If this helps your question, please consider selecting Accept As Solution and hit Kudos

Currently it’s not supported. Hidden dynamic attribute are only exposed in workflow .
please raise enhancement for this requirement.
workaround - you need to make it visible with read only on request form
