Minimum Age Criteria Error while Account password Reset

Hi Team,

We have observed an issue during Password Reset functionality where we have defined the minimum age criteria as '0'.But after leaving the service desk agents leaves his session of "Resetting the Account Password" open overnight, upon resuming the work, he sees an error as "Password Change not allowed for Account due to minimum age criteria. Use suggested Password".

Since the minimum age to reset password is defined as "0", hence there should not be any reference to this criteria in the error. Could anyone assist as to why this is being reported.

Hi,

I donot see any logs being produced with such an error. Also the logs page keeps loading when tried after a day as the session is no longer active. 

Post re-logging into Saviynt and searching the logs, i could not find anything pertaining to this error.
