Manager Attribute - Service Now Import

Hello Everyone,

We are using service now as authoritative source. For mapping Manager attribute in Saviynt we have a attribute from Service Now API call which send the email address of manager which exist in Saviynt How to do the import JSON mapping for this ?

Or only way is use the Preprocessor Modify JSON query ?

If we have the employee id value will it work if i map it manager instead of email ? @rushikeshvartak

It should match with saviynt username , if your saviynt username = employee id it will map
