Logo Update in Email Template

Hi Team,

 

Currently we have created the email template and we embedded in the HTML logo online site But there is a chances to retrieve if any chances happen. Do we have any option to save the logo in local and can used in Saviynt email template.

Can anyone help us on this how to achieve this?

Before uploading the files, ensure that the files are named as custom1.pngcustom2.pngcustom3.pngcustom4.png, and custom5.png.

To upload the images to EIC, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to EIC.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Settings> Manage Labels. Alternatively, enter Manage Labels in the search box and select the required menu item. For more information, see Using the Unified Navigation.

    The User Interface Branding Configuration page is displayed.

  3. Click IMAGES > Logo.

  4. Click Select file to upload, and then select a .png image file.

       5.Then check below URL is whitelisted from Saviynt side ,if you et 404 errorcode raise support ticket

Hi Rushikesh/Sumathi,

 

Thank You for the detailed steps.

we are able to upload and performed the testing. But we are not able to see the uploaded image from the UI. Is there any way to validate from UI to check the uploaded Image.

@Chakritha Hit the below URL to see the inserted image ,if you get 404 error code raise support ticket to whitelist the url

We have already tried by hitting the URL. but we want to see from the Saviynt application from Images tab. Is there any option we have to check? Please help us.
