Issue with preventative SOD

Hi Team,

For SAP, I have a SOD ruleset with over 400 risks and whenever I choose roles causing SOD conflict during request, Saviynt seems to be taking very long time to load and eventually fails throwing a 504 gateway error. 

I have also disabled the config to check existing SOD but still having the same issue. Please can someone advise how this can be handled or is this a product issue? because, for SAP evaluation is at the T-CODE level, it seems to be breaking when there is huge tcode set involved in the request
