Is it possible to send a single email to a user when multiple revoke tasks are created for that user

Is it possible to send a single email to a user when multiple revoke tasks are created for that user?

Let's consider a scenario where a user has access to multiple applications, and a campaign/certification is initiated for that user. Unfortunately, the user's manager did not review the certification on time, leading to the creation of multiple revoke tasks for the user based on the number of entitlements they have in each application. Consequently, the user received multiple emails notifying them of the completion of these revoked tasks. Is there a way to trigger a single email that consolidates information about the revocation of access to all applications and their respective entitlements?

Hi @Arbendra,

Please let us know your business usecase as well.

Hi Dixshant,

Business Use Case: The business intends to send a single consolidated email that includes all access revoked for a user. For instance, if a user has access to five applications and, let's say, the 'mover' campaign is initiated, if the manager fails to take timely action on the campaign, a revoke task is created for all the access the user has across different applications. As a result, the user receives multiple emails related to the revoked tasks. The goal is to send a single consolidated email that includes all the access that was revoked due to the manager's inaction in the campaign.

Thanks,

Arbendra
