We are considering integrating with Zscaler.
Zscaler SCIM API cannot be used.

It is possible to call from Postman. Is it possible to implement that functionality in Saviynt Rest connection?

Ca you please elaborate on what is the expectation here? 

You can if Zscalar exposes REST API's 

If yes, please try connecting from Postman. 
If you are able to successfully connect and perform operations from Postman, it can be integrated with Saviynt using Saviynt REST connector.
