Do you know what is the best way to be immediately alerted when one of the integration with one the downstream or upstream system is failing.

Example 1 - Integration between Saviynt and our HR System WD is down and we are not able to pull any feed.

Example 2 - Integration between Saviynt and AD is down and we are not able to create any AD accounts...
