How to ensure that inactive accounts are not included in the SOD violation list for SAP when we check in SOD Summary.

Hello @MT ,

In the SOD Evaluation job you can add an User account Evalualtion Criteria to evaluate only for active accounts
Then it won’t show up in the violations list in the page.

SOD Evaluation (RiskSODEvaluationJob)

  • User Account Evaluation Criteria - Specify a condition to evaluate a user account.

    The following are examples of User Account Evaluation Criteria:

    • ACCOUNTS.ACCOUNTTYPE='A' AND

    • ACCOUNTS.NAME NOT IN ('SUPERADMIN', 'C_ADMIN') AND

    • ACCOUNTS.CREATOR NOT LIKE '%ADMIN%'
