How to bulk modify Roles

I have a need to make changes to a large amount of roles (100+) and would like to make the changes via some bulk upload method but I don't see very good documentation on how to do this.

Where would this be done and are there any sample files available?

For context we have replaced entitlements in these roles with identical entitlements but with a different entitlement type.  Need to remove the old entitlements and add the new ones.

• You can do from role import sheet
• Addition you can do easily
• For removal, you need to pass all existing entitlements you want to keep with the role.

I had the wrong entitlement values in the CSV for the new entitlements.

This worked for adding but not removing the old entitlements.
