how do we limit a certain person to manage entitlements for a certain endpoint

We created a logical ad application and the entitlements were populated in the child endpoint. How do we allow a person or usergroup to manage the entitlements in the child endpoint. He should not be able to see other entitlements for other endpoints

Create new sav role and field under sav role - access to endpoint ( list child endpoints ) where you want to grant access
