Hide "No Conflicts Found During Evaluation" in request page for non sod endpoints

Hi,

After submitting a request for any app we are getting this message. Though this app shown in the screenshot doesn't have any internal or external sod associated with it. But it says "No Conflicts Found During Evaluation", which is causing confusion. Do we have any option to hide it for the apps which doesn't have any sod?
