We're trying to allow a custom SAV Role to see the Pending and Completed Tasks. We have granted all of the following and the users can see the menu options and load the pages but the tables are blank. Is there something else we need to add? ROLE_ADMIN can see everything just fine.
This is in v2020.0

Please add below feature accesses to a custom SAV role.
Completed_Tasks
Pending_Tasks
Also, please create another SAV role named ROLE_TASKADMIN and no need to assign any features under this SAV role. Just the name(ROLE_TASKADMIN) is a keyword that the product understands and can view tasks.

Thanks Belwyn. Are the features you mentioned different than the ones I've already added (Completed_Tasks and Pending_Tasks)?
Also, are you suggesting to have both roles (the custom role and the ROLE_TASKADMIN role) or will the ROLE_TASKADMIN on its own be sufficient?

Hi Chris,
A new SAV Role called ROLE_TASKADMIN should work just fine provided if it has the appropriate access to view completed and pending tasks.
However, this role needs to be treated as an auxilliary role and not the primary SAV Role for the user.
