Facing access denied issue post upgrade 5.5sp3.18 for Role admin analytics role

Hi Team,

Post upgrade to 5.5sp3.18 we are facing access denied error while editing the analytics or creating new analytics for users who has Sav Role Role admin analytics.
Before the upgrade  they were able to edit the analytics and create new analytics.

what is error on browser console ?

any error on logs ?

elastic search is running ?

Hi Rushikesh,

This is the error which we are facing on browser console.

And When we tried to check elastic search using below URL we are facing 404 error.
https://xxx-xxxxxx-xxx.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/login/healthcheck

Can you pls help us if there is any other way to check if elastic search is working ?
