Expose entitlement catalog to users for metadata management

We have a requirement to expose the entitlement list in Saviynt to end users so that they can manage updates to the metadata of the entitlement - description, CMDB ID, app name and ownership. Does the product this capability?

I have been told by Saviynt PS team that the entitlement metadata management cannot be exposed to end users and can only be managed as an admin activity which puts lot of overhead on support team.

Hi @krecpond you can manage it .. but it is not advisable as you can't have an approval process.

• If you need workflow for updating entitlement metadata, workflow can be attached under entitlement type: add access workflow section
