Does anyone know hoes does Exclusion Query exactly work? We are working in case where user should not be able to request for Entitlement Bs without being added to Entitlement As.
1. We created the SOD for Entitlement Bs in 1 function via 'or'. However, even the user is already to EntA, violation is still there when requesting for EntB
2. We created 1 function for each entitlement B in one Risk. No violation found when the user added to EntA requesting for EntB. However, no violations found as well when the user requested for EntB without being added to EntA
Any insights or suggestions, please?
