Enable Local authentication

We are trying to use a service account to call Saviynt APIs but we are getting 403 error. 

After going through multiple conversations in the form, understood that localauthenabled is set to false. Could someone please help the detailed steps to set localauthenabled to True.

Able to update using Saviynt for Saviynt connector.

You can do using below methods

• Custom Query - update users set localAuthEnabled=1 where username='<username>';
• REST API - https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/1797923/RWaLwo21?version=latest#33026188-3e79-4612-a76c-c1455... 
• Saviynt4 Saviynt - in query add one more column 1 as localAuthEnabled and map column to localAuthEnabled property in mapper

please note customquery are not proposed by saviynt and will be deprecated in coming version
