Hi
As part of certifications, we would like to include a deep link to the certification in the email notification to the certifier. previously it was working in v23.11 but as we updated to v24.1 it is not working .
I've tried using following syntax url in email template
https://<name>.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/certification/list?campaignKey=${campaign?.id}
getting email :
when navigate to above url got following error .
Even when I'm trying to do the same with any other tabs , like users list , accounts list got the same error.
Please let me know if there is an issue with v24.1

Yes its not working in v24.1 onwards, Please raise defect via support ticket

Yeah, this isn't going to work for us at all. It breaks a significant number of processes. We will reach out to our account team and try to expedite this issue.

@rushikeshvartak we are in process to recommend the customer for v24.x but, with similar case seems to be difficult as there are multiple templates which is utilizing deeplinks.
Any idea when and in which version this is going to be rolled out?

This has been fixed in v24.3
