Database and AD Connections are failing in Production

Hi Team,
 
We noticed the connections are failing for DB and AD connection in Production. 
 
For DB we get below error 
ERROR saviynt.ImportExternalDbService  - Error while saving the Connection: Target Error Message: [com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The TCP/IP connection to the host xyz, port 1433 has failed. Error: "null. Verify the connection properties. Make sure th]"
"2024-07-12T02:56:28.243+00:00","ecm","","null-6fzgr","","2024-07-12T02:56:27.834527286Z stdout F 2024-07-12 02:56:27,834 [http-nio-8080-exec-122] ERROR domain.EcmConfigController  - The TCP/IP connection to the host xyz, port 1433 has failed. Error: "null. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall."."
 
For AD we get below error
ERROR ldap.SaviyntGroovyLdapService  - Exception.. try next url"

Check if dns resolver in place or not ?
