convert ${importjobstartdate} to PST time in email template.

Hi 

we are triggering  a notification if the connection fails or import jobs related to the connection fails,  our requirement is to convert the UTC time format  to PST in template . the binding variable  coming from  jobs start date is ${importjob.jobStartDate} in email template . the binding variable related to this  is from  topic Configuring Import Job Failure Notification Email

is this possible to convert the OOB binding variable result to PSt time ?

Unfortunately, this is not feasible currently, I would request you to kindly raise the enhancement for the same in the idea portal.
