Is there a way that we can upload the conditions for a technical rule via a CSV rather than having to create them one by one ?

@rushikeshvartak - this enhancement is to enable the Transport feature of Saviynt to import and export rules. 

My question is around when we are trying to configure these rules for the first time, then is there a way we can do that using csv imports ? Eg : As we do for bulk role creation or role - entitlement mapping etc. ?
