Hi,

I need some help setting the condition for notification to the manager if it is not approved within 7 days and if the manager has taken action on the request within 10 days and mentioned the flow chart.

Hi @Mortal to send the reminder notification on the 7th day, use the below configuration under the activity block to set the due date.

To expire the request after 10days, set the value under global configuration to 10.
