Certification Campaign | "Operation Not Allowed"

Hi Team,

We are running a certification campaign where managers receive email with URL which takes them straight into certification.

manager clicks the URL (/ECM/certification/list?campaignKey=127 ) and logs in. Now, in between, he works on something else, and to get back to certification again, he gets the this error after clicking on back button . ECM/restful/approveRejectRequest error and it happens randomly when working.

At this point unless the manager close the whole browser.and login again. 
Is this a normal behaviour or is any solution for this error?

Has anyone experienced this before, and is there a way that user is allowed to access URL or at least asked to reauthenticate instead of throwing this "Operation Not Allowed" error?

• This is product issue we have also encountered after session inactivity after 1 hr
• This is got fixed in v24.6
