Hi All,

Is there way to map the accounts to the Inactive users from UI, this is required to clean up the orphan accounts.

When tried to map the identity to the account through UI it doesn't show up the user. Please let us know if there is any configuration setup required to achieve this via UI.

Regards,

Swetha

@rushikeshvartak business is looking to clean up the orphan accounts , to do that they want to bring the accounts to saviynt as orphans and map it to the identity in Saviynt which is Inactive as part of clean up .

Ideally mapping account to inactive user in Saviynt.

the approach they wanted is to get this done through UI in accounts-->under username map the identity so that it wont show up as orphan.

but while doing it doesn't show up the user since its inactive.

Business is doing cleanup but again doing mess in saviynt isn't it ?

Map accounts to admin user if required but mapping user to inactive user is not supported and not valid use case.

Rather than assigning why dont you use actionable analytics option.

Deprovision Account

When Deprovision Account is configured as an allowed action, it deprovisions account of a user from EIC. When this action is performed on a record, a task is created for deprovisioning the account in the target application.
