Campaign data manipulation

Hi.

Related to the campaigns, we want to get the data into one column of manager access review where the manager can get an idea when this access was last used. Is there any possibility we can make some API calls to get the data into those campaign columns? or any other possible way to enrich the data? so that it is more helpful to the manager to take the decisions. Please let me know if anyone has done any implementation around this.

@pradiphari,

The usage data is generally at the application side. Not sure if you're looking to use the account usage or the entitlement usage. For the former, you could import the usage information from the target application, if applicable, and configure the campaigns accordingly.

We are exploring the option to enrich the access review data by adding a custom column.

We are thinking to call the Okta rest APIs and fetch the data from Okta logs when last time that entitlement/access was used by the user and store that data into one of the custom columns of Saviynt certification. So whenever certifiers take action they can see the following column-> the user, entitlement, Last access used time.

Or any other we can enrich the certifier view?

You can store data in user entitlement account cp that can be visible on certification
