Campaign: Adding Entitlement Attributes to Access Approval Step in Entitlement Owner Certification

Hi,

Is it possible to include Entitlement attributes in the Access Approval Step for Entitlement Owner Certification? For instance, can we display the 'Entitlement Description' attribute?

In the configurations, it says that we can only add user attributes associated with accounts.

Is there a way to add attributes related to entitlements?

Hi @Sanjeevini , 

Starting from Release v23.8, the following default attributes are displayed as table columns on the Account Approval tab.

Action

Entitlement value

Accounts Name

Comments

History

You can add additional entitlement attributes for this setting to be included as subsequent filter items in the order of the configuration.

For example, if you select Endpoint Name and Entitlement Display Name, the table columns on the Account Approval tab are displayed in the following sequence.

Action

Entitlement value

Accounts Name

Comments

History

Endpoint Name

Entitlement Display Name

Thanks for the response! Currently we are in Saviynt version 23.6. where adding entitlement attributes in Account Approval step is not available.

As per the document shared it is mentioned, this can be possible only version 23.8 onwards, could you confirm the same?

Yes, it is available in newer versions. In 23.6 you can check if it shows entitlement attributes in subsequent filters as in the above screenshot.
