Has anyone implemented Saviynt for the request and management of Azure B2B guest users?

Had a quick look at the Azure B2B app, it doesn't even include an import function for existing accounts 😞 

I'm looking for a way for internal colleagues to request creation of Azure B2B guests for external collaboration.
