Does data about security systems, endpoints, account and entitlements in the attestation campaign copied into separate attestation tables (is an attestation backup made)? For example if we delete the security system or endpoint, will that data be still visible in the campaign and it possible to query it ?

yes its copied to separate table. and once you use attestation you can't delete ss/endpoint
Refer tables names here https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Database-Schema-Reference/page/Content/Database-Schema-Refe...

Hi @itinjic , Saviynt doesn't allow you to delete SS and endpoint if it campaigns triggered against its objects.
Campaign tables are joined back endpoint tables through different foreign keys
