ARS Upgrade contractor request form is failing to load for a particular user

Hi Team,

In our environment v.23.5 we have ARS request form to update the contractor details.

That ARS request page to update contractor is failing to load for one particular user and it working for others.

We have validated with a different users who has similar SAVroles and it is working for them.

What could be the possible causes for that user to fail to load the page which contains dynamic attributes.

What checks can I perform.
Kindly help.

@Bandi most likely for that user DA computation isn't working

Can you share logs as well?

  • It must be happening with configuration or attribute value having special characters.
  • Please check browser console logs as well as saviynt logs
