Approval email is no break incase of create template as "Content AS HTML - False"

Hi, 

I create email template as "Content AS HTML - False".
And use this template for Approval email.
In case of use this template for campaign, received mail was include line break. It is our expected behavior.
But , in case of use the template for approval, received mail was No Break, and HTML format. 
please refer following capture. "0d" "0a" were disappeared.

Why new line code was disappeared?
And why received mail was HTML format in spite of "Content AS HTML - False".

This is expected as you have manually entered new line while creating template.

Yes, I entered new manually in template. 
In this case, new line is not showed on approval mail? Is is specification?
And why format of received approval mail was HTML ?  
I want to know above 2 points.

  • If you provide newline in email template irrespective of flag in email template it will consider new line

As you says we expected new line in received mail, but new line was not included in case of aprroval mail. 
So,
 - Email Template ( Content AS HTML - False)  -- include new line.
 - received mail (Approve mail) -> not include new line.

About received mail, is it for approval?
On our environment,  in case of approval mail, no newline phenomenon is happen.

So, difference is version. On Ver24.3 and 24.2, this phenomenon is happen.
Is it fixed item on 24.5?  I can not found description on release note v24.4 and v24.5.

Hi, 
I want to confirm again. Our test step is as follows. Is this same as yours?
 1) E-mail template
   - Select Content AS HTML as False
   - Email content has line break as follows;
     Hi,
    This is test.
 2) workflow
     select above template
 3) Send request from user
     click "start an Access Request " and send request.
 4) Receive Approval mail
    There is not line break. It displayed asas follows;
      Hi, This is Test.
