Application Onboarding and Management - SAP

We use "Application Management" to integrade an SAP System (Application Integration).

Saviynt shows under Provisioning -  Account - Create Account Policy - Address only the attributes Lastname, Firstname and E_Mail. We need more attributes, also in the other areas.
Is there any way to add more attributes via the "Application Management" interface or do we need to use to Classic Intergration? What is best practice?

Hi,

The attributes cannot be customized using the builder view. You can try to switch to editor view and try adding the attributes you need. Or you can onboard the application with default attributes and then make changes later.

It is not possible to switch to the editor view and add new attributes. You get the error message "NEW_ATTRIBUTE is an invalid configuration" and cannot save the changes.

So we have to onboard the application with default attributes first and then make changes directly in the configuration later.

@aro  Yes, saviynt does not support addition of new attributes in the default app on boarding design. You have to take the other route of creating an app with defaults and then modify later.
