Analytics tab is unresponsive

Hello,

We are having an issue with the Analytics tab that is not opening and it stays stuck for a period of time. From what we have check this is a intermittent issue : if you wait 5-10 mins for the Analytics tab to open you won't have problems with it.

Is there a way to fix this freeze time ?

This is expected behaviour due to cloudflare implementation and report will be executed in background.

This error occurs when opening the analytics configuration list, not when running a particular analytics report. So the report does not get executed in the background as we don't even get to the part where we can trigger a report. Furthermore, I highly doubt that cloudflare would cause a timeout since cloudflare does not host the Saviynt DB, and for sure a request time out can not be "expected behaviour".

@RaduPop This does not seem an implementation issue. 

It's abnormal behavior on the product's part, hence should be entertained by the ops team.
